No. All consultations with me and investigations performed by me are at no cost to you. If after the consultation and investigation I decide to proceed with the case, my fee will be a percentage of the recovery. I will advance all of the costs necessary to pursue the claim. If there is a recovery I will receive my percentage and be reimbursed for the costs expended. If there is no recovery, you owe nothing.
